Attention, workshop very VERY gourmand. Here, we bake your favorite cracking recipes and the sweets that marked your childhood: Proust's madeleines, marbled cakes, Breton shortbread, heart-shaped cookies, old-fashioned tarts... all the classics that tantalize the taste buds. Enough to make you PLEASURE and treat your Tribe to a snack!

The ideal workshop for learning to master the techniques of French pastry-making in the friendly atmosphere of la Bananeraie. Uninhibited indulgence with a Michel et Augustin touch ;)

Recipes vary every month:

In May : Breton shortbread with rhubarb compote and fresh strawberries & Milk chocolate muffins with caramel and lime heart.

Limited edition - Mother's Day special (May 24 & 31 ): Shortbread tart with fresh strawberries and verbena & Pavlova with red berries and vanilla chantilly (have fun with meringue poaching and give the gift of a unique pastry)

In June : Apricot, honey and rosemary tart & Lemon and hazelnut Madeleines

July : Breton shortbread, lemon cream and fresh raspberries & Dark chocolate fondant heart cookies

September : Vanilla chocolate marble cake & Old-fashioned apple tart

In October: Chocolate brownie, caramelized pecans & Tiger, caramel and fleur de sel financiers

November : "Le Flankie Coco" or Coconut Cookie Flan & 2-Chocolate Cookies

In December : Dark chocolate mousse, homemade praline and hazelnut chouchou & Mini gingerbreads

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Meet the trublions at La Bananeraie and don your apron
• Warm welcome by Elodie, the Tribe's BIG Coach
• Creation of a pastry snack under the guidance of our Chef
• On the program: a duo of ultra-gourmet cakes to share and devour without moderation!
• Tasting of Michel & Augustin products between bakes ;)
