During this activity, you'll learn about different pastry themes. This activity is suitable for beginners and advanced alike.

Suggested themes:

• 1st lesson, uninhibited pastry-making: beginners will learn the basics by making four desserts, from the most classic to the most original.
• 1st lesson, pastry techniques: learn to master poaching, fonçage and creams like a great chef. For pastry-making at home and in restaurants!
• Chocomania: learn to handle cocoa with dexterity.
• Macarons à la folie: rediscover a great classic.
• Petits Fours et Mignardises: learn how to make sweet petits fours and mignardises for snacks and the end of meals.
• All about caramel: recipes for caramel lovers.
• All about Tea time
• Croissants
