Activity description :

At the Ecole de cuisine Ducasse, discover all the techniques for working with choux pastry and learn how to make delicious recipes. This pastry workshop lasts 4 hours.

By the way, what is pâte à choux? It's a sweet dough used in pastry-making. It's used to make cream puffs, chocolate éclairs and profiteroles.

Patisserie course (4h):

  • Learn to master choux pastry and make it on your own.
  • Make several choux pastry recipes: Paris-Brest, coconut-sesame choux and chocolate chouquettes.
