Activity description :

Workshop inspired by the recipes of the greatest pastry chefs. Perfect for those who like a challenge and want to try their hand at more complex recipes: macaroons, pâte à choux, entremets, gourmet domes... Don't panic! Whether you're a budding pastry chef or a pro with a pastry bag, you'll be a champion. You'll be proud of yourself!

Ideal for learning how to master pastry techniques and sublimate your desserts at home. Our chef will share her tips with you in the friendly atmosphere of La Bananeraie. Uninhibited pastry-making in the style of top chefs, with a touch of Michel et Augustin ;)

Recipes vary every month:

In May and June : Choux pastry champions' workshop - Paris-Brest-style choux pastry with a hint of lime.

July and August: Atelier des champions du macaron - Duo of macaroons

September : Tarte des champions workshop - Caramel, vanilla and granny apple tart

October and November : Entremet champions workshop - Gourmet chocolate dome, raspberry confit and milk chocolate / praline crunch

December : Bûche des champions workshop - The troublemakers' Christmas log

Course of the workshop (3h):

  • Meeting with the trublions at La Bananeraie and donning of apron
  • Warm welcome by Elodie, the Tribe's BIG Coach
  • Discover the recipes and create your own pastry worthy of the greatest chefs!

Hello and good morning, How can I say "amazing" in one word? Gustatively "a dechirade Workshop atmosphere: impeccable A big thank you for the kindness, the listening, the good mood, the knowledge and the technical transmission sufficient to advance step by step in the recipe. Thank you for the anecdotes, the "pastry chef for a day" chats and the spontaneity of the moment (visit to the premises). I personally enjoyed taking this gourmet workshop one step further. The pastry is really delicious. However, the preparation took quite a long time. There were two of us. Perhaps the organization should focus on two different entremets that are simpler to make, with different techniques.
