Activity description :

Learn the art of pastry-making in the company of the best by booking the "Les Secrets du Pâtissier" workshop offered by Galeries Lafayette. In their famous premises at 35 Boulevard Haussmann in Paris's 9th arrondissement, you'll spend 2 hours concocting your dish from A to Z.

Course (2h):

  • You'll be welcomed by your chef to make introductions and discover the kitchen in which you'll have the chance to take your class.
  • You'll then get behind the stove and follow your chef's advice to prepare your pastry.
  • You'll work through the various stages of preparation in the conviviality of a group of no more than 6 people, and enjoy the proximity of your chef.
  • You'll discover a host of tricks that you can use on a daily basis to make your sweet dishes irresistible.
  • Finally, you'll leave with your creation to enjoy in the company of your family or loved ones!

I loved it, in a small group (5 people) with a golden chef, pedagogue, always ready to answer our questions. Explanation of the recipe (st honoré chocolate/ginger) with of course all the practical application from a to z. It was a corporate farewell gift that will remain unforgettable for me.
