A tasty Japanese pancake, dorayaki is becoming increasingly popular. Come and learn how to make this pastry in a 1h30 workshop with Agathe, a true enthusiast of Japanese culture.

Course (1h30) :

Welcome tea and explanation of the recipe.
Demonstration of how to make dorayaki: you'll take notes so you can reproduce the recipe.
You'll bake your own dorayaki, then garnish them with anko. The theory of anko will be explained, but you won't be able to make it on the spot, as it takes 2 days to prepare.

You'll have a great time making Japanese pastries with Agathe, who has worked with top Parisian chefs and also spent 2 years in Tokyo as a pastry chef. It's also a great gift idea.
