Shibori vegetable dyeing workshop in Lille (59)

Great workshop. Noemie, the facilitator, is friendly, very interesting, very competent, a good listener and always ready to answer our many, incessant questions (and there were some!). The workshop went very smoothly, and Noemie also gave us information on other parallel subjects (where and how to buy this and that). Oh joy, she also runs other training courses (some of which are not offered by the site), and she'll tell you all about them. Personally, I've spotted 2. Don't do as I did: I forgot to bring the plastic bag I'd asked for (for practical transport of the wet items I'd made) and I panicked when the workshop closed before the scheduled time. Final assessment: I had a great time, acquired new knowledge and skills, dreamed of future projects and made 2 pretty towels in the dyes of my choice (it was also great to see what other participants had made and found. It makes the course even richer). It was a double gift: a good gift and real experience. I'm very enthusiastic about it and was quick to give my gift voucher giver a glowing review so that, who knows, I could come up with a similar idea 🤫😉.

Very nice experience. I learned in more detail how to dye fabric properly and all the dyeing possibilities, I'd like to learn more!
