Activity description :

For this workshop, come in pairs and each make a totebag using the bundle dye technique (vegetable-based steam printing).

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Discover Noémie's ultra-local approach to everyday life. She'll explain the eco-printing technique you'll be working on, which involves printing flowers and food residues directly onto fabrics to extract their natural pigments. This method uses steam to extract color from the ingredients.
• With a few examples in front of you, you'll choose the plants you'd like to use on your totebag, which Noémie has previously prepared to receive the dye.
• At the end of the workshop, you'll receive an introductory guide for each duo, so you can reproduce the gestures yourself at home.
