I'm a big fan of cooking classes, and this one was by far the best I've ever taken! Vittoria welcomed us with kindness, adapted to our preferences and shared all her knowledge with a smile. We cooked all kinds of pasta, from breadsticks for aperitif to amaretti for dessert. I learned a lot and really appreciated the fact that we could cook so much in 3 hours. We finished with a tasting of our creations over a glass of Spritz, and left with a bag full of extra pasta and amaretti we'd concocted. The value for money is exceptional, really. I'd love to go back, thanks Vittoria!
