You'll refine your taste for this liquid gold and even create your own personalized bottle.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

Taste treasure hunt to discover the flavors of olive oil.
Through a tasting of olive oils from all over the world, Cécile will help you hone yoursensory analysis skills to recognize the different fruity flavors, the attributes of the oil and the taste.tastes, and the positive and negative attributes of an olive oil, so that you can then choose the best oil for your own tastes and culinary desires.
During the second part of the workshop, you'll assemble and create your own olive oil, and leave with a personalized 250ml bottle!
