For 2 hours, in a class of 7 people maximum, you will taste 6 grands crus chosen by the head sommelier of the Ducasse Cooking School.
You'll learn the classics of wine tasting: recognizing aromas, determining acidity and sweetness, and much more!

Very interesting course on pairing cheese and wine. In 2 hours you learn how to taste a wine. The title of the course (exceptional wines) doesn't seem appropriate to me.
