Dive into the world of oenology and discover unusual wines in Paris! You'll enjoy a true sensory experience, alternating between theory and fun workshops. You'll also have the chance to taste several wines.

Tasting schedule (2h) :

• Presentation of the workshop on winemaking and the vinification of wines in amphora.
• Explanations about white wines made with pellicular maceration and orange wines, which are white wines vinified like red wines.
• Discover Porto, its main families and production methods.
• Introduction to sherry, its main families and production methods.
• Introduction to Madeira wines and vins doux naturels.
• Fun tests to help you recognize the aromas of these unusual wines.
• Tasting of 5 differentwines and analysis in an instructive atmosphere.
• Each participant leaves with an educational pack and receives an educational booklet by e-mail at the end of the course.
