We had a great time, and were very well received in the storeroom, where we learned about the origins and production methods of the different cheeses. Then, in a beautiful cellar, where we were comfortably seated, we learned to savor the wines and cheeses. And the cheeses, including some new discoveries, are just too good! We'll definitely be back for some Lou Claousou ;)
