Activity description :
Take part in a weekend of immersion in the field of oenology to become a real expert in wine tasting and learn all the techniques, vocabulary, aromas, terroirs...
A complete program in 3 modules of 4 hours each, from Saturday morning to Sunday lunchtime:
- Keys to wine tasting (Level 1)
- The nose and aromas of wine (Level 2)
- Regions and grape varieties" (Level 3)
Weekend schedule (12h):
- These courses will alternate theoretical topics, fun workshops and plenty of tastings. Topics include
- Learning the tasting method
- Discovering the diversity of French wine styles
- Memorizing aromas and structuring your olfactory memory
- Developing your ability to recognize a wine's origin, characteristics and qualities
- Tasting and analysis of a total of 21 differentwines
- A 120-page booklet containing the entire course content will be e-mailed to you 48 hours after the end of the weekend.
