Blind tasting

We took part in a workshop led by Hervé on January 11, 2025. There were 16 of us, but this number was no obstacle to conviviality and good humor, thanks to the organization into "competing" tables, and to Hervé's friendly yet competent facilitation. The workshop lasted almost 3 hours, but we never lost track of time thanks to the atmosphere and the leisurely pace of the tastings (sometimes blind) of 7 cheeses and 4 wines. Many thanks to Hervé for his teaching skills and the desire to discover new things that he was able to pass on to us. We highly recommend this enjoyable and rewarding workshop. Enya and Michel
