Course of activity (1h30):

• Reception of participants, descent on the "petite ceinture". Arrival at the urban farm.
• Theoretical explanation of urban agriculture and microgreens, and description of the activity.
• Start of the activity and creation of teams.
• Discover the ingredients and the recipe (you can personalize your culinary creation according to your tastes and the ingredients available).
• Tasting of your culinarycreation on site or to take away.
