Reception of participants, descent on the "petite ceinture". Arrival at the urban farm. Theoretical explanation of urban agriculture and microgreens. Description of the activity.
Start of the activity, and creation of teams.
Sensory blind-testing in a friendly atmosphere.
End of the activity with a moment of sharing and exchange over coffee at Poinçon.
