Bread workshop for adults at Ferme Ouverte in St-Denis

Activity description :

Come and make your own bread dough and immerse yourself in the world of the Farm during this workshop. Let your creativity shine through as you shape and garnish your bread. You'll be supervised by a farm animator.

How it works :

• Discover how to make your own bread, make the dough and shape the loaf. On-site baking in wood-fired ovens.
• While waiting for the dough to rise and before baking, take a guided tour of the Urban Farm:
  • Learn about the history of the farm and the evolution of vegetable-growing techniques through a tour of the site and a collection of antique objects.
  • Visit the pilot greenhouse for soil-less production
  • Meet the animals of the educational farm: goats, rabbits, donkeys, sheep, explanations on the operation and business model of an urban farm.
• Everyone leaves with their own bread to enjoy at home.
