Cooking classes at the Lenôtre school: from market to tasting

Activity description :

Located in Rungis, the Lenôtre culinary arts school opens its doors to you, offering an extraordinary day that combines a visit to the famous Rungis market followed by a cooking class at the school. During your "market", you'll have the opportunity to meet local producers and learn more about a wide range of products. This will be followed by a cooking class at the school, taught by renowned chefs, where you'll prepare a complete menu for tasting.

Course of the day (7h):

• Morning welcome at the school, then transport to Rungis market where you'll shop for your menu.
• Return to the school for a snack.
• 4-hour cooking class to create your complete menu (starter/main course/dessert), supervised by an instructor:
  • Handover of recipe cards
  • Technical demonstrations and explanations by the trainer, followed by individual practical exercises
  • Recipe preparation
• Tasting and discussion of your experience.
• At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate stating what you have learned.

A different theme is suggested each day: winter menu, spring menu, sunny menu, summer menu...
