Course of the workshop (1h30) :

• Select the origin of your coffee from prestigious terroirs such as Guatemala, Colombia, Ethiopia or Kenya.
• Learn how to operate the machine by introducing the green coffee, control the temperature and cooking time, and discover the subtleties of the aromas through regular sampling.
• Initiate yourself to the tasting of great vintages, discovering how to identify the nuances and complexity of aromas.
• Leave with a package of your own freshly roasted coffee, a unique and delicious souvenir of your experience.
