My partner and I spent a very pleasant time with Marlène, whose good humor and passion for chocolate make you feel at ease in a matter of moments. The explanations are clear and enhanced by amusing examples, which makes the workshop very enjoyable and fun! Marlène is a real enthusiast, and at no point is the clock set on the length of the session. The only negative point is the stifling heat. It would be appreciated if the owner could install air conditioning. Apart from that, I highly recommend this workshop for all chocolate lovers!
