My partner and I spent a very pleasant time with Marlène, whose good humor and passion for chocolate make you feel at ease in a matter of moments. The explanations are clear and enhanced by amusing examples, which makes the workshop very enjoyable and fun! Marlène is a real enthusiast, and at no point is the clock set on the length of the session. The only negative point is the stifling heat.
