Marlène has nothing to change. Her welcome, her pedagogy, her smile, her professionalism, her kindness, her humor, her expansiveness and the setting of her laboratory made this experience a memorable one. We took part in a 2-hour chocolate workshop with Marlène, and it was a fantastic experience! Marlène is a passionate chocolatier and a great teacher. She taught us a lot about chocolate, from how it's made to its history, with many fascinating anecdotes. Her warm welcome and kindness made the whole experience even more enjoyable. As a couple, we had a superb time, both fun and gourmet. An experience we'd definitely recommend!
