Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of chocolate with Arnaud, a passionate artisan chocolatier. This unique workshop invites you to discover the history and secrets of cocoa processing, while exploring two captivating dimensions: the world of "bean to bar" chocolate, where every step, from bean to bar, is carried out in a respectful, artisanal approach, and unroasted cocoa, renowned for its authentic flavors and natural benefits. All ingredients used are 100% organic, for an experience that's both gourmet and committed.
Course of the workshop (2h):
- Arnaud introduces you to the workshop and immerses you in the world of chocolate, sharing his expertise and passion.
- Discover the origins and varieties ofcocoa, and learn to distinguish between chocolate made using the bean-to-bar method and raw cocoa.
- Learn how to temper chocolate on a marble slab, an essential technique for obtaining a glossy, crunchy texture.
- Make your own bars, choosing from a variety of organic inclusions (dried fruit, seeds...) or the purity of plain chocolate.
- Throughout the workshop, Arnaud will guide you step by step, with advice on how to make each step a success.
You'll leave with three magnificent 100g chocolate bars, made with your own hands, and can extend this gourmet moment at home! In France, only a handful of chocolatiers use bean-to-bar, raw cocoa and exclusively organic ingredients, making this workshop even more exceptional!
