We had a wonderful time and Pierre is a great teacher, sharing his passion and explaining with great kindness. Our group was very friendly and to finish this great workshop, Pierre prepared a cheese board with delicious bread and a good bottle of wine. The small group (there were 3 of us) meant we could touch everything and make our own mozza, ricotta and butter from start to finish. To finish, we all enjoyed an aperitif together to savour the work accomplished, which was a great gift!
