Starting out from Valrac, you'll discover the beauty of the surrounding area, in particular the medieval village of Laroque. Then off to the heart of the Hérault Gorges, with its famous rapids: "le Grand S", "le Petit S" and "le Piquet". You'll also have the opportunity to pass at the foot of the Via Ferrata routes.
After a briefing and equipment session, you'll paddle down the Gorges de l'Hérault on your own .
