Splendid, full of challenges, ever-changing and calm, the Hérault gorges are an ideal place to spend a superb time canoeing! You'll go through one rapids after another, enjoying an unrivalled sense of freedom. Your outing begins with a warm-up kilometer to the medieval village of Laroque. Then it's off to the heart of the Gorges de l'Hérault, with its slides and rapids. You'll pass through the Gorges' best-known rapids: "le Grand S" and "le petit S". After the "Piquets" rapid, the ride becomes calmer.
When you arrive at the Valrac water base, our partner will give you your equipment and brief you on safety instructions. You'll then set off down the river. A bus will take you back to the base.
This canoeing trip is ideal for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers who want to challenge themselves for a day.
