Gastronomic chocolate bar creation workshop in Lyon

Would you like to get an insider's view of how handmade chocolate is made? Come and visit the factory and try your hand at making your own chocolate bars!

How the workshop works :

• Around a few squares of Grand Cru chocolates from the factory, your experience will begin with a discussion on chocolate, to unravel its mysteries and prepare you for the manufacturing phase...
• You'll continue your chocolate immersion within the factory, discovering the work of the artisan roaster, his machines and processes. Like a real chocolatier, you'll be able to take part in every stage of the production process, and taste the chocolate as it is transformed...
• Finally, you'll pour your own chocolate bars and decorate them (or not!) with the quality treats of your choice (candied oranges, roasted hazelnuts, cocoa nibs, cranberries...). You'll go home with 3 bars you've made yourself...to offer, share or devour as soon as the workshop is over.
