Activity description :
After a flourishing career as a pastry chef and chocolatier in Lebanon, Fadi will be delighted to share his passion with you at a chocolate bar creation workshop, in a joyful and convivial atmosphere!
Workshop schedule (1h30):
- The workshop begins with a discussion about whether you'd like to make your chocolates from fruit such as strawberry or apricot (the choice depends on the season).
- You'll start by tempering the chocolate
- You can then add praline or hazelnuts.
- Fill the piping bags before pouring into your mold.
- After 20 minutes' cooling, your bar will be ready.
- At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with your own creation.
As you can see, this workshop will provide you with a gourmet experience in a unique atmosphere. Fadi will do everything in his power to turn you into true master chocolatiers!
