Workshop to create your own wine in Davron (78)

Activity description :

Come and create your own cuvee of red wine at La Winerie's urban winery! After a tour that will help you understand the different stages of wine creation, you'll make your own blend! You'll also have the opportunity to taste 3 of our own cuvées.

Workshop schedule :

• As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by a member of the Winery staff who will introduce you to the premises. You'll be greeted by a member of the Winery's staff, who will introduce you to the premises, where you'll find a decor straight out of Brooklyn and, above all, a 1200-square-meter winery.
• You'll continue your tour in a small group (maximum 10 people) to learn more about the artisanal winemaking techniques used on site.
• You'll become an expert on red and white wine making as you follow the grape's journey from harvest to glass.
• You'll learn about two grape varieties with the La Winerie team, and then have the freedom to blend them as you see fit and, above all, as you like, to create your own cuvée.
• You'll then move on to bottling and packaging.
• You'll taste 3 wines during this workshop.
• You'll go home with your own bottle of your 100% personalized cuvée!

Take advantage of this unusual workshop to create YOUR own cuvée of wine, based on the blend you've prepared. You'll leave the workshop with your very own bottle. This activity is perfect for families, couples, friends or even for an EVG/EVJF!
