Activity description :
Come and spend half a day immersed in the life of a winegrower. On a vineyard estate just 25 minutes from Paris, you'll learn about the winemaker's job and the different tasks he or she performs depending on the season.
Workshop schedule (3h30):
- As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by a member of the domaine who will take you on a stroll through the vineyard's alleys and its collection of rare grape varieties.
- Introduction to the main principles of organic viticulture and practical work.
- Tasting of 4 of the estate's unique cuvées over lunch in the heart of the vineyard.
This activity can be organized in autumn, at harvest time, to discover the different stages of the winegrower's craft.
