Set apéro" modeling workshop in Peymeinade (06)

Activity description :

Christine is delighted to welcome you to her studio for an introductory ceramic modeling class in Peymeinade (06). She will help you create your own aperitif set.

Course of the workshop (3h) :

• Presentation of the workshop and modeling techniques.
• You will then create 2 ceramic objects of your choice to make up your set: a small tray or board and a small bowl.
• You will then decorate your creations with engobes under Christine's guidance. You'll choose your favorite colors from a wide range available at the workshop.
• Your pieces will then be fired 2 times (1st firing at 1020° and the 2nd at 980° with a transparent glaze to reveal the colors and make the object watertight and utilitarian) and glazed.
• You'll get your pieces back about 3 weeks after the workshop.

A creative and convivial activity in a small group.
