Porcelain painting workshop in Paris 18th district

Activity description :

Camille invites you to take part in a porcelain painting workshop, but on a porcelain dégourdi, i.e. a piece that has undergone a first firing. The main purpose of this firing is to eliminate residual moisture and make the piece more solid and less porous, thus preparing it for the second firing.

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Choose a piece from the collections prepared by the designer.
• You'll learn how to create a flat pattern based on your own design, or on patterns you reproduce, and then apply it to the shape.
• You'll choose your favorite colors from a color chart and apply them to your creation.
• Finally, you enamel your piece yourself by dipping.
