Discover the world ofAlexandra and Charlotte. One is an olive grower, the other a sommelier. Get ready for an olfactory journey through the Mediterranean basin with an olive oil & wine tasting workshop, accompanied by a visit to the olive grove!

Course of the activity (3h):

• Visit Alexandra's organic olive grove
• Discover how olives are organically grown and their health benefits.
• Master terms like "extra-virgin", "cold extraction" and "ardence"!
• Join an olive oil tasting workshop
• Learn how to taste different varieties of olive oil, and identify the aromas associated with each.
• Take part in a workshop on blending single-variety olive oils from the Mediterranean basin, and take home your own 200 ml bottle.
• Take part in a vinaigrette workshop
• Finish with a wine and food pairing tasting session featuring: fresh salad + French dressing prepared beforehand, bruschetta, local cheeses and bread, tapenade, olives, charcuterie, some of Luberon's finest white, rosé or red wines, depending on the season.

This workshop is designed for lovers of Provençal gastronomy who want to learn more about this magnificent terroir!
