Chef Héléna is passionate about chocolate, having trained for the prestigious CAP Chocolat at the Ducasse school. With her creativity and technical approach, she makes a point of passing on her know-how.

Join Héléna for an interactive workshop where you'll learn how to make mendiants. During this session, she'll guide you through each step, from ingredient selection to the chocolate tempering technique.

Workshop schedule (2h) :

• Milk chocolate demonstration using the chef's techniques
• Learn the technique for poaching beggars
• Decorate your beggars
• Each participant leaves with his or her own chocolate beggars .
