Course of the workshop (2h30) :

  • At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with your various creations - around 500 g of various balls, burrata and stracciatella.
  • Your workshop concludes with a tasting of cheeses from urban production, accompanied bya wine-cheese or fruit juice pairing.

Very warm welcome from Anthony. The mozzarella and buratta workshop is sublime, masterfully run by our host. Being of Italian origin, my wife and I were able to make these little balls of cheese under the guidance of an enthusiast who explained its history and manufacture. Thanks again to Anthony. I particularly recommend tasting the cheeses he makes, especially his Gonseéla, which is very close to Gorgonzola.
