Whether you're a beginner or want to perfect your techniques, Jean-Pierre will help you progress and explore new creative possibilities. Sessions are one-to-one and the technique is adapted to your dexterity and wishes.

Workshop schedule (from 4h) :

• Telephone call to determine your expectations and prepare the session
• A chat with Jean-Pierre over a drink, with a presentation of the equipment, tools and his background.
• Presentation of some original creations to feed your imagination.
• Choose a project and select the type of wood you want.
• Discover and get to grips with turning and fastening tools.
• Practical trials on a martyr piece to learn basic techniques.
• Turning and creation of your project.
• Finishing: sanding, texturing and application of a personalized finish.

The different workshops :

• Initiation - 4 hours: Ideal for learning the basics, discovering the tools and creating a simple object, such as a candlestick or bowl.
• Complete training - 8 hours: Deepen your knowledge, explore advanced techniques (hollowing out closed or deep necks, texturing...) and create a more elaborate box or piece.

An enriching experience to learn how to create your own wooden objects, in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere. You'll leave with your own unique creation and a solid foundation for continuing the activity at home!
