Wooden spatula workshop near Fontainebleau (77)

Activity description :

Come and carve your own wooden spatula in Julien's garden or workshop, on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest.

Course of the workshop (3h):

• You'll learn to respect the grain direction of the wood.
• You'll work your wood with a plane on the donkey bench and with a carving knife.
• You'll learn to understand wood and how to work it.
• You' ll leave with your own production and tips on how to make this kind of object at home.

The aim of this workshop is not only to tame wood, but also to connect with nature and yourself for a few hours.
