During a convivial dinner in a restaurant in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, come and enjoy an excellent meal and precious advice on how to reproduce perfect food and wine pairings at home to impress your loved ones.

Chez Bissac, maitre restaurateur in the heart of Paris, opposite the famous Palais Brongniart, historic home of the Paris Stock Exchange, offers a memorable bistronomic experience in a typical Art-Deco setting. A magnificent 16th century vaulted cellar in the basement will allow you to finish the evening with excellent wines and cocktails.

Course of the meal (3h):

Accompanied by a sommelier throughout the evening, you'll first benefit from a masterclass introducing you to oenology as well as the right pairings and mistakes to avoid, while an amuse-bouche is served.
Then, each plate (starter, main course and dessert) will be paired with a matching wine , not only to delight you, but also to put the magic of pairing into practice!
