Terroir tasting in Paris 1st district

Activity description :

Join us in a private room of a Parisian wine bar located not far from the Louvre Museum for a wine tasting session on French terroirs. Accompanied by a Head Sommelier for 2 hours, you'll discover different types of wine, carefully selected according to a predefined theme for each session: winegrowers' wines, island wines, summer wines...

White, red and even bubbly wines are deciphered to delight your taste buds!

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Meet at the restaurant in one of the private tasting rooms.
• Discover and explore the notion of the French wine terroir, as well as the awakening of an ecological conscience now well established by most estates.
• You'll also learn about the different winemaking methods used in different regions.
• You'll taste 5 wines in keeping with the tasting theme. Small planks of seasonal cheeses and charcuterie from Fromagerie du Louvre to accompany.
• Tasting booklet provided.
• You'll be able to ask questions to learn more about these fine references.
