Immerse yourself in an exclusive experience with the château's oenologist, exploring the mysteries of whisky production in a two-hour workshop!

Course of the workshop (2 hours):

• Discovery of the château's various production areas (malting plant, distillery and ageing cellar), giving you a concrete understanding of all the stages involved in whisky production.
• Tasting of two raw cask samples taken directly from barrels in the ageing cellar.
• Gentle introduction to whisky tasting
• Creation of your own recipe, guided by your personal tastes and the advice of the château's oenologist
• Blending of your whisky and bottling of your 20cL bottle
• In consultation with the oenologist, you can make an alcoholic reduction to your preferred alcoholic strength.
