Activity description :

Domaine Zeyssolff welcomes you for a tour of its cellars and a guided tasting of 5 estate wines. Afterwards, you'll settle into their tea room area for a"vin gourmand" to taste wines paired with local sweet and savory treats!

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Welcome and start of the tour.
• Winetasting in the cellar and showing of a video explaining how Alsace wines are made.
• Exploration of the family cellar and immersion in the scenographic space with a 180° immersive video projected onto the barrels, retracing the life of the winemaker and the philosophy of the estate.
• Installation in the tea room and tasting of several glasses paired with sweet and savory treats : cheese, charcuterie, macaroons, gingerbread, fresh fruit and chocolate and fruit coulis.
• End of visit.
