Activity description :

Domaine Zeyssolff welcomes you for a tour of its cellars and a guided tasting of 5 estate wines. Afterwards, you'll sit down to a meal in their wine cellar, where wine and tourism blend harmoniously!

Course of the activity (2h) :

Welcome and start of the tour.
Winetasting in the cellar and showing of a video explaining how Alsace wines are made.
Exploration of the family winery and immersion in the scenographic space with a 180° immersive video projected onto the barrels, retracing the winemaker's life and the estate's philosophy .
Installation in the wine room and tasting of a platter (charcuterie, cheese, fish, raw vegetables) preceded by soup and followed by dessert and coffee/tea.
End of visit.
