Christophe welcomes you to the heart of his estate, where you can discover his vineyards and his passion for wine. A winemaker for over 10 years in the Bordeaux Grands Crus Classés, he is keen to share his craft, which he practises in an atmosphere of sharing and conviviality.

Tour (2h):

• Visit the vineyard to observe and understand the work carried out throughout the year according to the different seasons.
• Discover the different grape varieties grown and their particularities.
• You'll learn about wedging, bending and de-stemming.
• Explanation of the hand-harvested grapes used to produce a quality wine that respects the environment.
• Visit the winemaking cellars: understand how different wines are made in vats or barrels.
• Tasting of 5 estate wines using traditional tasting methods: 1 Bordeaux Blanc, 1 Bordeaux Rosé, 3 Bordeaux Supérieurs Rouges.
