Christophe welcomes you to the heart of his estate, where you can discover his vineyards and his passion for wine. A winegrower for over 10 years now in the Bordeaux Grands Crus Classés, he is keen to share his craft, which he practises in an atmosphere of sharing and conviviality.

Tour (2h):

• Visit the vineyard to observe and understand the work carried out throughout the year according to the different seasons.
• Discover the different grape varieties grown and their particularities.
• You'll learn about wedging, bending and de-stemming.
• Explanation of the hand-harvested grapes used to produce a quality wine that respects the environment.
• Visit the winemaking cellars: understand how different wines are made in vats or barrels.
• Tasting of 5 estate wines using traditional tasting methods: 1 Bordeaux Blanc, 1 Bordeaux Rosé, 3 Bordeaux Supérieurs Rouges.
