Activity description :

This pastry class reveals the secrets of the famous tropézienne, with preparation from start to finish. You'll be able to make the brioche yourself, with kneading, pushing, shaping and finally baking. Next, you'll make the vanilla crème diplomate, the soaking syrup and finally, you'll assemble your individual tropeziennes.
