Activity description :

This pastry class will teach you how to make the perfect vanilla praline hazelnut millefeuilles. You'll have the opportunity to create this essential French pastry from A to Z. You'll spend a relaxing, interesting and useful moment, discovering all the secrets of millefeuille.

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Making the pastry
• Conclusion of the activity with tasting of the pastry
• Recipe cards sent by e-mail if the group so wishes.
