You'll learn :

Basics of survival in the cold and snow: priorities, hazards, objectives, task allocation, risk awareness
Getting your bearings: vegetation observation, stress management, foraging
Eating and drinking: picking wild fruits and vegetables, recognizing edible plants, observing the natural environment, finding water and making it drinkable, trapping, preparing meals over an open fire, collecting edible insects, building and handling weapons, fishing.
