Activity description :

Join us in the Dordogne, in a wilderness setting, to learn how to make fire using ancestral methods, without lighters or matches! Your instructor will give you all the tips and techniques you need to get the flame going, even in the rain.

Course of the activity (1 day) :

• 9:30 am: Welcome and introduction to the workshop.
• Beginning of training with various techniques and methods (depending on weather conditions and individual preferences): rubbing techniques, using the sun, short-circuiting...
• Lunch break
• Continuation of your learning
• 6pm: end of workshop

The day won't be enough to understand and master all the techniques. Nevertheless, you'll learn the rudiments and tricks of the trade so that you can reproduce the right gestures at home, on your own, and make a success of your fire.

A day of friendly exchange in peaceful countryside surroundings. Ideal for sharing experiences and impressions.
