Would you like to create a unique accessory for yourself or your children? Inès invites you to her workshop in Paris to create your own zero-waste accessory and give life to a fabric you have at home or directly with fabric scraps in the workshop.

Course of the workshop (3h):

• Discover the basics of sewing, its unique vocabulary and key concepts: straight thread, right sides together, etc.
• Learn about fabrics (knit, woven, composition, weave) and how to choose the right fabric for your needs.
• Learn to use the sewing machine step-by-step and discover basic gestures (pinning, straight sewing, ironing, etc.).
• Step by step, you'll make your own accessory on the machine(scrunchie, make-up remover wipe, head towel, toilet bag, cushion...) in the company of Inès.
• Discover the essential technical gestures (inserting a zip, sewing a corner, lining, etc.).
• Finally, you'll be able to sew finishes worthy of a professional.
• Each participant will leave with his or her own unique creations.
