Introduction to sewing in Paris 9th arrondissement

An approachable teacher. This workshop enabled me to familiarize myself with the use of the sewing machine and gave me the desire to continue learning.

I loved the session: - the various operations to be carried out on the sewing machine were presented to us progressively, with a practical exercise for each; - we were able to carry out a small project that was very enjoyable from start to finish (I won't reveal it, but without spoiling the surprise I can say that it allows us to use a pattern, to think about how to pool operations, to cut and hold together 2 pieces of fabric to be sewn, to make bartacks and even to use a serger. But unlike usual, I managed to complete it; - I found Déborah, the trainer, to be pedagogical, pleasant and organized (she also guides people who take year-round courses for substantial personal projects).

Deborah was a great teacher, as well as being smiling and patient with each and every one of us. The object we sewed during the workshop is super accessible, even for those who have never sewn before. I had a great time!
