Come and try a reflexology workshop with Stéphanie. Her aim is to soothe you, both physically and emotionally, enabling you to approach your daily life with gentleness and harmony. Each session becomes a space for exchange and listening, where words flow freely, without judgment.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Relaxation exercises.
• Discovery of reflexology tools on hands and face.
• Exchange with Stéphanie, with tea and coffee at the end of the session.

Leave with your own protocol for practicing reflexology at home. An experience that will allow you to take a moment for yourself and recharge before a special event!
