Stéphane accompanies you on atandem paragliding flight over Lake Annecy. Take advantage of the gentle, pleasant air masses to drift through this picture-postcard setting. Lake Annecy is one of the most beautiful spots for paragliding.

Annecy: a unique place for paragliding

As well as being the historic home of paragliding, Annecy is also one of France's most beautiful lakes, overlooking the Massif des Bauges and the Aravis mountain range. The Haute-Savoie region and its mountains overlooking the lake will impress you during this flight. You will be accompanied by a professional paragliding school affiliated to the Fédération Française de Vol Libre .

Course of the flight

• Welcome, briefing on the principle of paragliding, how it works and safety instructions.
• Your instructor takes care of getting everything ready for takeoff.
• A short run-up and off you go! Enjoy the view and the sensations! Fly if you like, and ask your pilot to perform 1 or 2 tricks.
• You'll land softly to collect your wits and debrief the incredible sensations you've just experienced.

Different flights available:

• Special children's flight : Duration: 12 to 15 minutes - Departures: 9am, 10am and 11am - ideal for children. Initiation to piloting is possible if the child's arms are long enough to grasp the controls. If the child wishes, he or she can also perform certain figures in flight. - For children aged 4 to 10 weighing less than 40kg.
• Discovery flight: Duration: 12 to minutes - Departures at 9, 10 and 11 a.m. - smooth take-off and cruising speed make this a unique experience. - Maximum weight: 70kg
• Ascending flight: Duration: 20 to 25 minutes - Departures: 12, 1.15 or 2.30 p.m. - Nearly half an hour of flight using updrafts to gain altitude. You may be lucky enough to share your flight with some of the birds of prey that inhabit the valley. Introduction to flying and thrills guaranteed. - Maximum weight: 90kg
• The prestige flight: Duration: 30 to 40 minutes - Departures at 3:45 or 5:30 p.m. - this is the most complete flight! You'll fly over several mountain ranges with splendid views. For the more adventurous, we'll teach you how to handle the paraglider and perform acrobatic maneuvers. Maximum weight: 110kg.
